Website Visitor Intelligence & Revenue Conversion Platform
We built a visitor intelligence platform that turns anonymous website traffic into qualified sales conversations.
Situation
Most website visitors leave without identifying themselves. Sales teams don't know who to call.
Approach
A visitor intelligence platform that identifies visiting organizations, scores buying intent, and routes qualified leads to sales — with meeting scheduling and CRM integration in one system.
What good looks like
Sales acts on website interest instead of guessing. Qualified prospects book meetings immediately.

The situation
Valuable website traffic leaves without identifying itself.
Businesses pay for SEO, ads and content to attract visitors — most leave without submitting a form or requesting a demo. Marketing knows traffic arrived; sales doesn't know who to call.
Our approach
The platform works as one connected system rather than separate tools. Here is how a visitor moves through it:
- A business installs tracking code on its website.
- The code records what visitors do and creates a visitor record where appropriate.
- The system tries to match each visit to a company or person using available data.
- Each match notes where the information came from, how fresh it is, and what its limits are.
- A priority score ranks activity against the business's ideal customer profile and buying signals.
- Meaningful activity is flagged and can trigger alerts or automated follow-up.
- When a visitor submits a form or engages through a conversion experience, the lead is evaluated.
- The system picks the right sales representative or team.
- Available meeting times are offered when appropriate.
- The CRM and analytics record the resulting lead, meeting and sales outcome.
What we built
Website tracking and event collection
A lightweight tracking code that customers add through a script tag, tag manager or supported integration. It collects page views, engagement, pricing and product page visits, form interactions, calls to action, returning-browser activity, campaign details and custom business events, with customer controls over what is collected and when.
Visitor and company identification
The matching service tells apart browser recognition, company identification and person identification. It records who provided the match, where it came from, what evidence supports it, when it happened, how fresh it is, and how confident the system is. A company-level match is never presented as proof that a specific employee visited.
Buying-intent and prioritization
Raw events become configurable intent signals — for example, a target company repeatedly visiting the pricing page, or multiple visitors from the same company exploring commercial pages. Customers set rules and importance levels, and the system provides explainable scores so users can see why an account was prioritized.
Lead qualification and routing
Customers build forms, define qualification criteria and set routing rules based on company size, industry, territory, product interest, lead source, CRM ownership, tier and representative availability. The system evaluates rules, handles fallbacks, prevents duplicates, and keeps a record of why each lead was assigned.
Meeting scheduling
Qualified prospects can book meetings without manual coordination: calendar connection, real-time availability, time-zone-aware scheduling, individual and team booking, round-robin assignment, buffers, rescheduling, cancellation and fallback routing.
Website engagement and qualification
Configurable calls to action, meeting-booking prompts, conversational qualification, content recommendations and human handoff with conversation history, working within defined permissions and approved knowledge sources.
Workflow automation
A workflow engine connects events, identity records, intent signals, CRM actions and sales processes. Customers create rules such as telling an account owner when a target account visits the pricing page, or assigning and booking a lead when a qualifying form is submitted. Execution can be tracked and recovered, with protections against duplicates, retries and failure alerts.
CRM and other connections
Secure links to CRM platforms, calendars, notification tools, tag managers and email services, with field matching, sync rules, duplicate removal, retry behavior and rate-limit handling through flexible connectors.
Reports and revenue tracking
Reports cover tracked visitors, company and person matches, high-intent accounts, qualified leads, meetings booked, lead response time, routing success, conversion rates and pipeline from tracked activity. Observed activity is clearly separated from estimated results.
Outcome
The platform gives businesses an evidence-based understanding of their website traffic and a reliable way to act on it. Instead of assembling multiple disconnected products, teams have one coherent layer that turns existing website interest into qualified conversations and measurable commercial opportunities.
The goal was never to identify every anonymous visitor. It was to give businesses the best available understanding of their traffic and a dependable path from interest to sales action.
